I've been wanting to create more limited edition pieces for my shop, as well as offer the originals, so that my customers can have something fairly unique and very special.
Remember last summer when I put on my big girl pants, sucked up my courage and added original art to my shop?
Well, it didn't take long for me to chicken out and tuck those originals right back into my portfolio. Yes, I have major issues cutting the apron strings on my beloved illustrations. I just worry that they wont be loved as much as I love them. Yes, I am an overprotective mom.
But now, with 170+ items in my Etsy shop, and about 50+ sketches waiting to be finished and added, I've begun to find my shop very overwhelming. In order to keep things from getting too out of control, and to keep my stock fresh, I think now would be the best time to start adding the limited editions and originals.
To make this event even sweeter, I'm pricing them at a very awesome price... so that customers can really have something special. So, here are the first two that are in my shop.

OMG...you warned me, but words could not do justice to just how freakin adorable Little Mr Hedgehog really turned out. He looks so soft and cuddly. I think I need to hug him!
